- 🎤Shape the MedTalk Experience: Take a leading role in organizing impactful MedTalks by selecting top-tier speakers and curating a diverse, engaging MedTalk lineup each semester.
- 📱 Engage with Experts & Companies – Connect with leading professionals, startups, and industry figures to bring valuable insights to our audience.
- 💡 Drive Innovation – Take initiative in enhancing the MedTalks, introducing fresh ideas, and refining the MedTalk strategy.
- 🌍 Be an Ambassador – represent the HSC to students, companies and individual experts.
- 🤝 Collaborate & Grow – Collaborate closely with the MedTalks Team and HSC Members, exchange strategies, and contribute to the success of our iconic MedTalks series.

What we are looking for
- 🎓 Student status: Full-time student enrolled in Bachelor, Master or PhD program at a Swiss institution of higher education.
- 🚀 Drive: A proactive mindset, demonstrated through past projects, entrepreneurial experiences, or personal initiatives, with excitement for developing and refining skills in event planning, event management, event execution, networking, and communication.
- 🤝 Team Player: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to build relationships with companies and partners.
- ⏳ Commitment: A strong sense of ownership over tasks, with a commitment of at least 6 hours per week on average for a minimum of one semester, along with the availability to attend weekly in-person meetings.
